Shipping & Returns

Why hasn’t my tracking information been updated for several days?

We understand delays can be frustrating! In most cases, your package is still in transit, even if tracking hasn’t been updated. If there has been no update for an extended period, please contact either hello@thereplica.co or your shipping carrier for further assistance.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?

Please note that shipping times are based on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend checking with the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, please reach out to hello@thereplica.co.

My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it.

Sometimes tracking updates may be inaccurate, and packages are marked as delivered before they arrive. In the meantime, please check with neighbours or your local carrier.

If you still haven’t received your order within 3 days of the last tracking update, contact hello@thereplica.co with your order number and tracking details.

When will my order arrive?

We take great care to make sure your orders are inspected and crafted to perfection, so we kindly ask for your patience as we prepare your order.

Orders are made to print. We provide estimated wait times on each product page.

Once its off to the shipping carrier its out of our hands. Please reach out if your order is 3 business days past the estimated arrival date and we'll see what we can do.

Do you take returns?

Yes we do!

We offer returns & full refunds for any unopened package in case you changed your mind. A flat $5.00 CAD processing fee is charged on all refunds. Please review our return policy for more information

Return Policy

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada. However, we’re actively working on expanding our services and hope to offer international shipping soon. In the meantime, for U.S. customers, we encourage using cross-border shipping services like Shippsy to conveniently forward orders from Canada to the U.S.

Pre Orders

What's a pre order?

In order to determine product demand we offer pre orders, typically for the first 4 weeks. This means the item isn’t released yet, but you can reserve yours early! Plus, the sooner you order, the higher priority you’ll get when we start shipping.

All preorders are always given with promotional discounts however wait times may be longer until the product is officially released.

How is a Best Seller on preorder?

Before the company was officially founded. The products were sold on facebook without any packaging and just personal pickup. They sold really well and thats why The Replica was founded, bringing our bestsellers to you.

How do I know if the product I want is a preorder item?

Each preorder product includes a preorder dropdown on the product page and a "PREORDER" or "PRESALE" badge next to the product price. Feel free to reach out if you are still unsure.

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

We've got you covered with hasstle free replacements. Contact our support team at hello@thereplica.co and we'll get your issues sorted out.

Will I see layer lines on 3D printed parts?

Yes!

The 3D printing process prints in layers which causes layer lines to show. 90% of our products are always printed with minimal thickness layer lines as little as 0.12mm. That's pretty small for 3D printing! It takes us many many more hours to print, but we prefer quality over quantity. Even if our prints exceed over 10 hours, we make sure to price so everyone can enjoy our products.

Will 3D prints all look the same?

Due to the 3D printing process, each product will have small variations in color and texture. This is what makes each item unique in their own way!
